Wood Cottage is situated in a prime semi rural location in Crewe. The home offers residential services for up to three adults sharing a large detatched property. One area of the house is a self contained living area and outdoor space to meet with a young persons needs and as such the remaining two residence share the communal facilities including a kitchen, lounge, and substantial outdoor and garden space. Each individual has their own bathroom and space to relax.
The service was registered with CQC in 2022 and was devleloped with individuals in mind that would benefit from open space and peacefull sorroundings.
The service is suitable for young adults with complex needs or children who are transitioning into an adult service. iMaps Clinical team provide detailed and comprehensive Positive Behaviour Support for the service with an aim to help young adults with high levels of support needs live sucessefully within the community.
