Our staff teams support each of our young people as part of our 24-hour approach to management of autism and direct care. We work closely with service users, their families and everyone else who is important to their success.
Every young person has their own residential key-worker, supported by the residential staff team. The key-worker will prepare and manage a tailored care plan, adhering to all legislative requirements, putting a special emphasis on health and education and making sure that service users get the maximum advantage from their home enviroment.
Some of the feedback we have recieved can be seen below
- “The knowledge I have gained [from iMap] will help me when advising young people, parents and carers on transition and the support / education provided by iMap.” (Social worker attending a training day)
“What I found particularly useful was the obvious experience of the trainers, [allowing] the opportunity to discuss service users we support.” (Social worker attending a training day)
